My name is Lottie and I literally LOVE baking. To be honest I think all things food-related are pretty good too.

I am a History graduate in my 20s and there is nothing I like more than baking, cooking and eating.

This blog originated as a space for me to share my favourite recipes and in general do what I do best, talk about food!

Finally, this blog should come with a warning: it’s not for the faint-hearted. I am addicted to all things Nutella, salted caramel and brownie related.
